Iris Campbell
Front Office Patient Coordinator

As the front office patient coordinator, Iris is the main point of contact for patients. She schedules appointments, contacts referring physicians, and answers any questions patients might have regarding our physicians and our treatments.

Marlena Donovan
Surgery Scheduler/Referral Coordinator

Marlena schedules all of the surgeries that take place at Chapman Medical Center. She also coordinates referrals for other treatments or tests and works closely with insurance companies.

Stephanie Symbolik
Administrator/Billing

Stephanie handles much of the administrative tasks, including contracting, credentialing and billing. If you have a billing question, feel free to contact her at (949) 292-1881 between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Stephanie also assists with scheduling surgeries outside of Chapman Medical Center.

Dessiree Carter
Whittier Clinic Office Manager

Dessiree Carter has been in the healthcare field for over 25 years. In 1985 she graduated from Ball High School in Galveston, Texas and relocated to Los Angeles to become a Certified Limited X-Ray Technician. She served as a technician from 1987-1995 with Dr. Lytton Williams. In 1995, Dessiree was promoted as an Administrative Assistant for twelve years. She is currently the Whittier Office Manager and oversees the daily operations of the practice and handles the front office duties. A great asset to the BASIC team, Dessiree specializes in Workers' Compensation. She enjoys working as a liaison with physicians, lawyers, and insurance carriers to obtain approval and process newly injured workers. She has a passion for helping patients!
